The 11 are now gathering funds to pay the fine as Ainul has granted a stay on the jail term, but not the fine.

The sentencing of two others who could not be present in court today and three others who were absent and had arrest warrants issued against them, will be delivered on March 21.

Judge Ainul ruled that the charge against the 16 had been proven beyond reasonable doubt and the accused failed to create doubts on the prosecution case.

wow!!! all 16 are malays ..... again and again only malays being used and used and used
and after fighting for so call rights for all including chinese and indians which nowhere can be seen in this demonstarions, they return back to their old job ..... being helpers and general workers in chineses and indians company or to their tiny farms to work their a** out so they can sell it to chineses so they can make a huge profit.
and then small group of them become politicians so they can earn easy money by making a fool of other malays for their own benefit only
the chineses then bribing them so they can make a huge profit, cutting all the forest, making illegal & immoral bussiness, getting a free land etc
then when there are no more timber to be cut, no more land to give ...... they used another type of malay politicians top used other malays so they can make other demands.........
sigh.............. funny when all being said about malays right, there is only one place in Malaysia where every single things was control by one man with his own rule but its not malay called genting

Because malay is the majority here in Malaysia, definitely their percentage will be high. If you are so against chinese business, you are free not to patronise these business. You can always go to Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia, fully owned by Malays and the blue eyed project of your beloved PM and selling merchandises that suits your budget. If you think the things sold there are cheap and not to your taste, you can always follow Rosmah Mansor on her shopping spree. She's famous for her expensive taste.

lol.... what percentage are talking about Simon? Do your homework and check percentage of wealth on each race?
Yes, I like the principle of Kedai Rakyat 1 Malaysia. For some might complaint that the quality is low ...... at least it is cheaper to every Malaysian compared with price for the same item in other shop.
I also want the government not to stop here and continue to become major supplier of everything's so every Malaysian can have equal chances such as contractors etc.
Example : Currently majority suppliers are chinese own company which always discriminate Malays Contractor by charging higher prices compare to Chinese Copntractors. How would you expect for Malay contractor to compete in open tender when they are already handicapped in the 1st stage.
Note: The same occurs on every other businesses.

For Rosmah, personally I wouldn't care much of her. As far as I know maybe her shopping trip was sponsored by chinese businessmen too. The same with Anwar Ibrahim which never been really working for his whole life and traveling all over the world foc.

Funny, when people keep complaining and giving non-constructive critisism on every single things for the sake of politics or others
The one who complaining maybe own a shop selling low quality product with higher price compared with Kedai Rakyat 1 Malaysia and losing their business fooling people.
        Maybe Simon own one
