Located between the junction of Middle Road and Waterloo Street, Artichoke Cafe & Bar has been touted time, and time again to be one of the best brunch places in Singapore. The café is all about communal dining, so portions tend to be a bit bigger, and it’s always fun to order a bunch of food and share it amongst people you love. Their signature egg dish? Try the Eggs Shakshouka, two eggs baked in tomato sauce with braised lamb, yogurt cheese and toast. Be sure to make reservations if you’re heading there on the weekends.
