KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is holding a TNB Bersama Pelanggan (TNB With Customers) programme at 120 customer service centres throughout the peninsula, today and tomorrow.
Its senior general manager Kamaliah Abdul Kadir said during the programme, TNB would waive the chargers of reconnection of electrical supply to users who upgrade from single to three-phase wiring.
"Customers can also request for individual street lights to be tapped from existing lamp posts for as low as RM10 per month.
"For owners who rent out their premises, they can update the accounts by changing the name of the account holder to the tenant or register to monitor the account arrears.
"With these two services, house owners can ensure that there will be no outstanding arrears," she said in a statement.
Kamaliah said those who visited TNB's customer service centres during the programme could obtain advice on energy efficiency and safety.
