KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Leopards beat Singapore 3-0 in

their group match of the Axiata Cup badminton championship at the Senayan Indoor

Arena in Jakarta, Indonesia, today.

Misbun Ramdan Misbun contributed the first point after beating Robin Gonansa

20-22, 21-12, 21-19, followed by the pair of Ow Yao Han/Chooi Kah Meng who beat

Terry Yeo/Yi Liu, 21-14, 15-21, 21-19.

Second singles Zulfadli Zulkifli won the third match against Huang Chao

17-21, 21-16, 21-16.

Malaysia Leopards will meet Vietnam tomorrow.
