SANDAKAN, July 14 (Bernama) -- Bina Puri Construction Sdn Bhd together with its
joint venture partners, Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) and Puncak Deras
Sdn Bhd today launched the Taman Permata Apartment in Mile 8, Jalan Labuk,
Sandakan, Sabah.
Taman Permata, a mix developments project which consists of Phase 1 (2-Storey of
Shop lots & 2-Storey Terrace Houses) and Phase 2 (6-Storey of apartments) with
total units of 1,548. The development is currently considered to be among the
massive development project in Sandakan as to cater for the needs and demands of
residential property in Sandakan, Sabah. The construction of Phase 1 was
completed and currently is on documentation approval processes before being
handed over to the purchasers.
