Developers are using buy one take one campaign as an innovative marketing approach to improve property development in China and Malaysia, according to a Nanyang Siang Pau report.
With the purchase of a residence in China worth RM10 million, buyers will get their free luxury home in Malaysia valued at RM500,000.
For foreign owners, local developers would maintain and rent out their property as well as help them apply for the Malaysia My Second Home programme.
It is noted that many Chinese developers have given away properties in Malaysia as gifts to customers who bought houses worth between RM10 million and RM20 million.
