Singapore-based carrier SingTel (ASX:SGT.AX - News) sure loves social apps, today snapping up the US photo-sharing service Pixable for US$26.5 million. The SingTel acquisition gives Pixable a boost in emerging markets.
Back in May of this year, SingTel gobbled up the foodie service HungryGoWhere for nearly $10 million. Read more about the Pixable deal at the source link.
