Chick-fil-a and Jamba Juice among winners in consumer choice survey

Restaurant brands like Chick-fil-A, Jamba Juice and the Cheesecake Factory are among some of the winners in a new consumers' choice awards that asked diners to rate their experience of leading eateries across the US.

Market research group Technomic released the latest results of their ongoing Consumer Brand Metrics report, which records 85,000 consumers visits a year.

In terms of service, fast-food chicken joint Chick-fil-A emerged the favorite in the fast-food category with consumers praising its consistently friendly staff.

According to the latest results, diners with intrepid palates looking for new and innovative dishes may want to head to the Cold Stone Creamery, Zaxby’s and The Cheesecake Factory, which were named the top brands in the category of ‘Unique Items You Can’t Get Elsewhere.’

And Jamba Juice, Jason’s Deli and Seasons 52 were named the most popular restaurant chains for finding healthy menu options.
