A spokesperson for The Best of You Sport Managers, the agency representing Real Madrid's Esteban Granero, has revealed that the midfielder will not leave the Santiago Bernabeu side for Liverpool this winter.
The former Getafe star has been struggling to secure regular first team action this term, and has attracted the interest of both Malaga and Liverpool.
Nevertheless, the 24-year-old is committed to Real Madrid and is determined to fight for his chance at the Blancos.
"Granero is going to continue with Real Madrid, 100 per cent. He played 65 minutes in the last match in the Bernabeu against Athletic Bilbao and maybe the coach is going to consider him more for the future," his management stated to The IBTimes UK Sport.
The versatile midfielder has a contract with Real Madrid until the summer of 2013.
