Former Italy international striker Luca Toni is closing in on a move to UAE Pro-League club Al Nasr, according to reports.
The 34-year-old has not made a single appearance for Juventus this season and the club's general director Beppe Marotta confirmed that the two sides had discussed the player.
Sky Sport has also claimed that the Italian veteran had bid farewell to his Juventus team-mates at Vinovo on Friday.
Al Nasr are coached by former Italy international goalkeeper Walter Zenga, who has helped the side surge up the table in recent weeks.
When contacted by Goal.com, Al Nasr media manager Mohamed Mubarak said that nothing official had been confirmed just yet.
Toni has reportedly already been offered to a series of Italian clubs including Cagliari, Siena and Parma, although it is believed that his high salary demands could prevent such deals going through.
