Hong Kong forecasts GDP to expand 1-3 pct in 2015

HONG KONG, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Hong Kong expects its economy to expand 1 percent to 3 percent in 2015, the city's financial secretary, John Tsang, said in his annual budget speech on Wednesday.
