14 May – It was revealed that "Love Rain" actor and singer Jang Geun-suk will be providing the theme song for a Japanese animation.

As reported on Koreaboo, the song "200 Miles" that will be featured on his album "Just Crazy" will also be used as the theme song for the upcoming film adaptation of the manga and anime series "Fairy Tail", titled "Fairy Tail – Shaman of the Phoenix".

The star enthused, "For the first time ever, my song will become the theme song for an animation. I hope a lot of people will enjoy the show and the soundtrack."

"Fairy Tail" has been featured on the popular Japanese manga magazine, "Weekly Shounen", since 2006, and its first animated feature film will premiere on 18 August.

Meanwhile, Jang Geun-suk's album "Just Crazy" will be out on 30 May.
