Lightning Round: Good stock with a good yield

CNBC

It's that time again! The Lightning Round bell has rung, and Jim Cramer gives his take on a few favorite audience stocks:

Sanofi (Euronext Paris: SAN-FR): "May I suggest that you buy either AbbVie (ABBV) or Bristol-Myers (BMY), which I feel more confident about."

3D Systems Corporation (DDD): "The 3D system is saturated. Don't forget, a year from now we are going to be watching Hewlett-Packard (HPQ)'s spinoff HP that we really like for 3D printing. I do not want you in 3D Systems."

C&J Energy Services (CJES): "I think you have to wait for numbers to come down before you buy it. My favorite in that group is Baker Hughes. If oil were going much higher I would recommend it, but I don't think it is."

Annaly Capital Management (NLY): "I don't care for Annaly right now, I think it's very difficult to try to figure out exactly what they are levered to in terms of the bond market. I know that yield seems very tempting but I do not want you in the stock."

Biocryst Pharmaceuticals Inc (BCRX): "I've got some really good ones like Celgene (CELG), Regeneron (REGN), Gilead (GILD) and Biogen (BIIB). I'm going to steer you toward those, or even Agios (AGIO) which I know was up again. I feel more comfortable recommending those."

General Electric (GE): "I think it's a good stock with good yield. I'm not going to pound the table and tell you to sell."
