KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 (Bernama) -- Pizzalicious Sdn Bhd, manufacturer of
express pizzas, aims to install 100 pizza vending machines nationwide this year,
said its chief executive officer, Ku Addy Fazly Ku Radin.
He said 20 vending machines will be operational by this June at various
government and private hospitals, institutes of higher learning and supermarkets
in the Klang Valley.
"To-date we have received enquiries from alot of people interested to be
entrepreneurs. Pizzalicious is confident that the entrepreneurs will get steady
"The is because the sophisticated technology will allow the machines to
operate non-stop and will not need workers," he said at the launch of the
machines at the World Halal Week Kuala Lumpur 2013 here today.
Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister, Datuk Paduka Mukhriz Tun
Mahathir, officiated the launch.
Ku Addy said an entrepreneur will get about RM25,000 in returns a month
based on sales of about 120 pieces of nine-inch pizzas a day.
He said the company will initially introduce four express pizzas --
Chickenlicious, Beefylicious, Seafoodlicious and Cheesylicious -- at RM10 a
piece. -- BERNAMA
