owner of a pitbull terrier which fatally attacked a senior citizen out on his

investigation.
Subang Jaya police chief, ACP Yahya Ramli when contacted said the dog owner,
who lives with her parents, was not at home but at work when the incident
happened.
Yesterday, the victim, Yip Sun Wah, 74, who lived in Jalan SS19/5E, Subang

belonging to another resident in Jalan 19/5B while out jogging.
"Police recorded a statement from the owner yesterday evening and she was
not detained as the case would first be referred to the deputy public

He said the owner would usually leave the house dog to roam freely in her
house compound and it would come in and out of the compound through the garbage
chute door near the gate.
