The spokesperson told Access three men were detained, but it was not immediately clear if they were involved in a crime or just workers who were doing construction on the home.

Back in August, Miley Cyrus' was suspected to be the victim of a "swatting" prank, when the authorities were called to her home following report of a disturbance, only to find no signs of trouble.

"Swatting" occurs when a fake distress call is made and emergency services are dispatched to the scene as a prank.
