Zlatan Ibrahimovic reportedly struck a female journalist with his car while driving away from AC Milan's training ground on Tuesday evening.
According to numerous Italian media sources, the Sweden international was exiting Milanello in his black Audi A3 when the woman, who had been hoping to grab a couple of quick words with the player, was struck by the one of the vehicle's mirrors.
The unidentified blonde was then taken to the hospital, where she was treated for injuries to her hand.
Ibrahimovic had not been aware of the impact at the time and only learned of the incident upon returning home.
The non-accredited journalist has now reportedly filed a complaint against the 30-year-old striker.
Ibrahimovic is currently awaiting the outcome of his club's bid to have the final game of his three-game suspension for slapping Napoli defender Salvatore Aronica overturned.
The Rossoneri will find out on Thursday if the forward will be available for Saturday's Serie A clash with title rival Juventus.
