Shu Qi is not getting married
4 Sep – Despite their recent public display of affection, 38-year-old actress Shu Qi has dismissed rumours of an upcoming wedding with rumoured boyfriend, Stephen Fung.
As reported on Phoenix News, in an interview with the media recently, the "Journey to the West" star was all smiles when asked about tying the knot with the actor-turned-producer, but denied having any plans of marriage.
"There will be no such wedding like the ones you [the media] have been talking about," she said.
In regard to rumours that she will be undergoing a cryopreservation, that is to freeze and store embryos derived from IVF to preserve her fertility, the actress simply replied, "I have not considered it."
"I think children are a gift and a miracle," she said.
