KUALA TERENGGANU, April 25 (Bernama) -- The Terengganu government has
approved 14,959 agriculture and residential lots from 2008 until April 15 this
year, Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said said.
Of the total, 5,166 lots were for agriculture and 9,429 for residence, he
said.
He said Besut was given 1,186 for agriculture and 1,133 for residence,
Dungun (131 for agriculture, 2,934 for residence), Hulu Terengganu (2,226 for
agriculture, 915 for residence), and Kemaman (640 for agriculture, 1,877 for
residence).
Kuala Terengganu was given 78 lots for agriculture and 1,333 for residence,
Marang (56 for agriculture, 365 for residence) and Setiu (771 for agriculture,
872 for residence), he said when replying to a question from Datuk Harun Taib
(PAS-Manir) during the state assembly session here today.
