KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 (Bernama) -- A veteran member of the Hash House
Harriers (HHH) who went missing on Wednesday evening while trekking in Templer''s
Park, Rawang, has been found.
Hardip Singh, 51, was found at about noon today by several Orang Asli who
had been looking for him along with 150 personnel from the Department of Civil
Defence, police and General Operations Force.
Selangor Fire & Rescue assistant director Mohd Sani Harul said Hardip Singh,
a legal assistant with Shell Malaysia Trading, was found cold and hungry by a
bank of a river near a hill slope clutching a rock.
He was in a state of trauma and had injuries on the hands, left shoulder and
knees after reportedly having fallen three metres from the hill.
Mohd Sani said rescuers took almost three hours to bring him out of the
jungle and send him to Selayang Hospital.
Hardip Singh went missing at about 5.30 pm on Wednesday after he had gone to
Templer''s Park to lay a trail for a weekend trekking activity of the HHH.
