Samuel Eto'o struck twice as Anzhi Makhachkala beat Honved 4-0 to reach the third Europa League qualifying round.
The Cameroon international tapped in from six yards early in the first half to open the scoring, which incidentally was his first European strike since notching against Bayern Munich for Inter in 2011.
The 31-year-old then completed the rout in the second half by blasting past Ivan Toth in the Honved goal to send the Russian side through to play Vitesse in the next round.
The 'People's Gathering' in front of the Amcorp Mall field in Petaling Jaya on Saturday will go ahead despite the police arresting several leaders of opposition political parties and non-governmental organisations today.
