JPMorgan (JPM) shareholders reveal their true opinions of CEO and Chairman Jamie Dimon on Tuesday, but it won’t be the first time. Andrew Ross Sorkin Ross points out that even if shareholders voted overwhelming to replace Dimon as chairman, the vote is ultimately nonbinding.
