Using your loaf: Paris' best baguette

In a country where the baguette rules the bread roost, the title of best traditional baguette in Paris is a serious affair. Texture is key. It should not be dry or powdery inside but have well developed holes and open with a crunch. This year, Ridha Khadher romped home with 4000 euros and the honour of supplying French President Francois Hollande with baguettes for a year.
