Gareth Bale has everything he could possibly want living the superstar's lifestyle in Spain and playing for Madrid - well, except for one thing.

The Welshman moved to Madrid in a world record deal last year and has since won the Champions League for the Spanish giants.

He surely has everything he could possibly need on huge wages and living a lifestyle normal people could only dream of.

Yet there is one thing that Bale is really missing from the UK and it's something he cannot acquire in Spain for all his money and fame.

"I miss Nando’s. It’s the tiny things you miss," he told the Sun.

"We bring English tea with us and chocolate. I can’t move Nando’s over though, unfortunately.

"British chocolate never goes amiss. Dairy Milk and Galaxy are fantastic. They have Milka here. It’s not the same."

How does he look after his diet all the time when he is still not entirely used to the food in a different country? Why, he has a chef, of course.

"He makes sure I eat all the right stuff — vegetables, fruit and the right meat — and prepares it the right way," he explained.

Bale has found the thing that almost makes up for a lack of Nando's in his life, though.

As he told the Daily Telegraph, he has become hooked on famous Spanish dish jamon - dried, cured ham.

"I’m obsessed with it. It’s the ultimate. I’d ship it home to England if I ever moved back," he said.

So even the world's biggest stars still have little things they crave and miss after making huge moves in the transfer market. Surely it won't be long until Bale simply pays for a Nando's to be relocated, though.
