1. Lin Dan
World's No. 1 badminton ace defended his Olympic singles badminton title when he defeated Malaysia's Lee Chong Wei, 15-21 21-10 21-19.
2. Pandelela Rinong
The 19 year-old Sarawakian, the Olympic diver and first ever female who bagged a bronze medal for Malaysia in a non-badminton event.
3. Lee Chong Wei
Malaysia's badminton hero got the silver medal, his second, again after battling Lin Dan in one of the greatest Olympic badminton match ups ever.
