Gordon Ramsay to open restaurant in Singapore in 2015
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will be taking the concept of his industrial warehouse-designed London restaurant and bar Bread Street Kitchen to Marina Bay Sands (MBS).
In a joint press statement, the Gordon Ramsay Group and MBS said that Bread Street Kitchen would open at The Shoppes area of the integrated resort next year. The restaurant will offer the same British European menu as its UK counterpart.
“I’m delighted to be opening in Singapore with a partner such as Marina Bay Sands, who is well known for providing world-class dining experiences in a market where people simply love their food!" Ramsay said.
"The further expansion into Asia is an exciting move for us and will see our successful London concepts being transferred and tailored to this new market," he added.
The Michelin-starred Ramsay will join the ranks of other international chefs on-board Marina Bay Sands such as Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, Wolfgang Puck, Tetsuya Wakuda, Justin Quek and David Thompson.
