KUALA TERENGGANU, 15 April (Bernama) -- Manifesto Barisan Nasional (BN)

Terengganu atau aku janji yang diumumkan hari ini menggabungkan tiga elemen yang

berteraskan pendidikan, kebajikan dan sukan, kata Pengerusi Badan Perhubungan

negeri BN, Datuk Seri Ahmad Said.

Malah ia disifatkan lebih komprehensif dan mesra untuk rakyat negeri ini

dalam usaha meneruskan kemakmuran yang dikecapi sekian lama.

Bertemakan ''Merakyatkan Pentadbiran dan Pembangunan'', manifesto tambahan BN

Terengganu dilihat pelengkap kepada manifesto BN Pusat akan memperkukuhkan

proses negeri ini sebagai negeri berkebajikan dengan terus mempelbagaikan

langkah membela nasib dan melonjakkan taraf hidup rakyat.

Beliau berkata aku janji itu dirangka begitu teliti dengan mengambil kira

semua pandangan termasuk daripada parti komponen BN di negeri itu yang ingin

memastikan Terengganu berdaya maju dari semua segi jika BN mendapat mandat di

negeri itu pada Pilihan Raya Umum ke-13 (PRU13) ini.

"Manifesto telah diumumkan di peringkat pusat dan hari ini adalah bagi

memastikan nilai tambah untuk 18 aku janji tambahan. Ia adalah kesinambungan

dengan apa yang telah dibuat oleh kerajaan negeri sebelum ini," katanya di Dewan

Konvensyen Taman Tamadun Islam (TTI), malam ini.

MANIFESTO-TERENGGANU 2 KUALA TERENGGANU

Ahmad mengumumkan manifesto tambahan negeri berkenaan di depan semua

pemimpin kanan BN Terengganu dan bakal calon-calon BN yang akan bertanding di

kerusi Parlimen dan Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN), pada PRU13 nanti.

Semua ketua bahagian UMNO, ketua parti komponen BN dan ketua sayap UMNO dan

parti komponen BN hadir pada majlis tersebut yang dihadiri 5,000 orang.

Dalam aku janji itu, BN Terengganu antara lain berjanji untuk melaksanakan

pelbagai projek dan program bagi membela nasib rakyat tempatan.

Selain itu, BN juga berikrar akan membawa satu perubahan yang lebih besar

mengubah landskap negeri ini menerusi projek urbanisasi dan perumahan,

pembangunan ekonomi dan usahawan serta pendidikan menjadi agenda utama yang

bakal dimasukkan dalam manifesto berkenaan.

Manifesto tambahan itu akan menjadi pelengkap kepada maifesto BN Pusat yang

diumumkan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, baru-baru ini.

MANIFESTO-TERENGGANU 3 (AKHIR) KUALA TERENGGANU

Selain itu Ahmad, yang juga Menteri Besar, berkata manifesto tambahan itu

dirangka berdasarkan keupayaan kewangan Kerajaan Pusat dan kerajaan negeri,

bukan janji kosong seperti yang dilakukan parti-parti pembangkang dan Pakatan

Rakyat (PR).

Beliau berkata manifesto itu digubal berdasarkan keperluan semasa rakyat

negeri ini, khususnya dari segi penempatan dan peluang pekerjaan serta

kepentingan bidang pelajaran yang akan mengubah masa depan keluarga

berpendapatan rendah.

MANIFESTO TAMBAHAN BN TERENGGANU

1. Membina 10,000 unit rumah mampu milik.

2. Peluang memiliki satu tapak rumah atau satu tapak pertanian.

3. Pajakan tanah individu dinaikkan dari 30 tahun kepada 60 tahun

4. Insentif khas untuk melanjutkan pelajaran ke peringkat sarjana dan doktor

falsafah (PhD) dalam bidang kritikal.

5. Memperkasakan program e-Book.

6. Membina sekolah Imtiaz setiap satu di Setiu, Marang dan Kuala Nerus bagi

melengkapkan satu daerah satu Imtiaz.

7. Khairat dan Insurans Takaful Rakyat.

8. Memperluaskan kemudahan perkhidmatan pusat hemodialisis.

9. Terengganu sebagai hub urusan haji dan umrah Pantai Timur.

10. Institut al-Quran Terengganu (IQ) dinaiktaraf sebagai sebuah Kolej

Universiti.

11. Menjadikan Terengganu sebagai pusat kecemerlangan ilmu Islam di

Nusantara.

12. Menyediakan dana pengurusan kepada pertubuhan belia dan NGO.

13. Sukan sebagai satu kerjaya.

14. Mewujudkan gelanggang futsal di setiap pusat daerah mengundi (PDM).

15. Membina kompleks litar pelumbaan motosikal bertaraf antarabangsa.

16. Memperhebatkan dana usahawan dan memperluaskan skala perusahaan Industri

Kecil dan Sederhana (IKS).

17. Menarik pelaburan lebih RM25 bilion dalam industri petrokimia,

bioteknologi dan keluli dengan lebih 10,000 peluang pekerjaan.

18. Tasik Kenyir sebagai hab ekopelancongan dan kawasan Pulau Bebas Cukai.
