RAUB, Jan 4 (Bernama) -- Nestled in the jungle of Raub, Pahang, the

Casabrina Vacation Villa & Spa serves as the perfect destination for nature

opportunity to unwind at the Balinese concept villa where she was greeted by

staffers donning the traditional Balinese costume.

Covering an area of 10.9 hectares on the hill slope, the verdant view and

THE OWNER''S INSPIRATION

Felix Tee, the resort''s owner, noted that he got the inspiration to build

the villa about six years ago but it was only commercialised two years ago.

"In fact this villa started as my weekend retreat but then I had the idea of

converting it into a Balinese concept retreat. I like whatever that is related

to Bali and that is close to nature," said this businessman who has made

numerous business trips to Bali.

At present there are two luxury villas - Amertani and Aranya - each costing

about RM$7 million complete with furniture and fittings from Bali made of the

Berlian hardwood.

On why he chose the name Casabrina, Tee said the villa was named after his

daughter Sabrina.

ACTIVITIES FOR GUESTS

The Casabrina Vacation Villa & Spa provides breathtaking view, fresh cool

air and activities that engages guests with nature.

For the adventurous, they can participate in activities that put to test

their physical endurance like jungle trekking at the ''Tanah Aina Farrah Soraya''

located about 5 km from the villa.

There, a 10 minute jungle trekking will bring visitors to a natural

waterfall with its cool and crystal clear water providing a deep sense of

relief. There are also two other waterfalls that takes 15 minutes to reach -

Jeram Besu and Lata Berembun.

Apart from Tanah Aina ''Farrah Soraya'' there is another two locations - the

Tanah Aina Azareena rich in nature and local fruits and the Tanah Aina Farouq

that offers a fishing pond.

Those who not up to physical activities, they can head to Fraser Hills

located some 40 km away from the villa through the quiet road.

Another place that they can head to is the hilltop above the villa where

visitors can enjoy the panorama of the verdant hills or pay a visit to the

nearby Orang Asli villages.

As for those who enjoy fishing there is a pond with Patin and Kelah where

they can catch and free them again or just sit and feed the fishes.

THE VILLA''S UNIQUENESS

This six-star status villa has numerous facilities - swimming pool, jacuzi

and sauna, and a pantry that is open 24 hours.

While relaxing by the poolside guests will be immersed in the soft Balinese

music that soothes the mind and body.

Spa and foot reflexology services are provided by professional masseurs from

China while those with children can employ the services of baby-sitters who are

available here.

Apart from being connected by road from Kuala Lumpur, helicopter services

from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Subang airport are also

available.

The holiday packages at the villa are priced between RM$1,600 and RM$8,875

with guests can enjoy their own private cook who can offer them any of western

and eastern dishes.

The luxury packages from RM$6,500 to RM$12,000 comes complete with all meals

and superior rooms with private dining for the guests.

For a two day three night stay the package ranges from RM$13,000 to

RM$24,000.

In the near future, Casabrina Villa will have another nine sister villas

each with their unique theme - Malay Villa, Above Cloud Villa, Water Villa,

Mayomaya Villa, Villa Kacapuri, Villa Agra, Villa Plava, Gita Giri Villa and

Ulul Thani Villa.
