DRB-HICOM BERI SUMBANGAN UNTUK NELAYAN DAN PROGRAM HIJAUKAN BUMI

PONTIAN, 13 Jan (Bernama) -- DRB-Hicom Bhd hari ini menyampaikan sumbangan

berjumlah RM10,000 kepada Pakatan Nelayan Pengkalan Tanjung Piai untuk

mendirikan tempat pembersihan dan penyimpanan peralatan nelayan.

Konglomerat tersebut turut menyampaikan sumbangan berjumlah RM10,000 kepada

Persatuan Mahasiswa Universiti Teknologi Mara untuk menjalankan program

menghijaukan bumi.

Sumbangan disampaikan oleh Pengarah Urusannya, Datuk Seri Mohd Khamil Jamil

kepada pengerusi pakatan nelayan Ahmad Yazid Abdul Hamid dan timbalan pendaftar

unit aktiviti Pejabat Hal Ehwal Mahasiswa dan Alumni Universiti Teknologi Mara

Harun Mohamad.

Yang turut hadir adalah Ketua Pengarah Operasinya, Datuk Seri Che Khalib

Mohamad Noh, pengurusan tertinggi konglomerat berkenaan dan Ketua-ketua Pengarah

Operasi anak syarikat DRB-Hicom.

Sumbangan berkenaan adalah sebahagian daripada inisiatif tanggung jawab

korporat DRB-Hicom bersempena program bersama media ke selatan tanah air

"DRB-Hicom Southern Reach".

Program itu adalah inisiatif DRB-Hicom untuk merapatkan hubungan dengan

pihak media di samping memperkenalkan barisan produk automotif konglomerat

berkenaan termasuk Proton, Audi, Honda, Volswagon dan jenama-jenama lain.
