KUALA LUMPUR: THE family of abducted club owner K. Gobalaguru has offered RM20,000 for information on his disappearance.

His brother, Dasnamurthy, 45, appealed to those with information on Gobalaguru, 42, to contact the police.

On Wednesday, police released the photograph of a suspect taken from CCTV footage obtained at a convenience store near where he was abducted.

Gobalaguru, who owns several clubs, was abducted at the car park of Mirama Hotel in Jalan Maharajalela by four unidentified men at about 7.20pm on Feb 2.

The incident was witnessed by hotel staff -- mainly security guards -- who tried to intervene but were prevented from doing so by the men, who told them they were police officers.

Police have arrested three suspects. Two are on police bail and the third, a business partner of Gobalaguru, is still in police custody.
