Goal.com has revamped the Asian Player and Team of the Month feature, giving you, the readers, an opportunity to express your opinion. Thanks to our worldwide team, we were able to put together a squad of the best Asian footballers throughout November in a 3-4-3 formation. ;

However, to assert who is the best Asian player for the month, we are calling on you, our loyal readers, to join in the poll and vote.

Asian Best XI for November

Formation: 3-4-3

Goalkeeper - Khalid Al-Rashidi

Al-Arabi

The 25-year-old earned one clean sheet in three Kuwait Pro League matches this month, but otherwise put in solid performances. His shining moment came in the quarterfinal leg of the Crown Prince Cup, where the former Nottingham Forest trainee blocked two penalties to send his side to the semi-finals where they will face Kazma.

Defender - Mahali Jasuli

Malaysia NT

The Harimau Muda A starter shined for Malaysia in the AFF Suzuki Cup group stage, regularly providing overlapping runs that helped his team's wide play. The 23-year-old's seemingly endless stamina was exemplary, but his performance against Indonesia (one goal and one assist) would have made Brazilian legend Cafu proud.

Defender - Zheng Zhi

Guangzhou Evergrande

As the captain of Guangzhou Evergrande, Zheng Zhi lifted the FA Cup on November 18 after felling Guizhou Renhe 5-3 on aggregate. The former Charlton and Celtic player may not be shining like his foreign mates like Conca and Barrios, but as the local leader he is still a hero in Guangzhou. Marcelo Lippi trusted him and got the Double(League and FA Cup) titles in his first season in China. After falling short of the 2012 AFC Player of the Year title, the veteran will be looking to capture the Asian Champions League before retirement.

Defender - Theerathon Bunmathan

Buriram United/Thailand

One of Asia's most promising young defenders, Bunmathan is the image of a modern full-back combining pace, skill, intelligence, and bravery. Much like October Asian Player of the Month Yuto Nagatomo, his delivery on the left is also a considerable threat, and his joint play with Anucha Kitpongsri on the flank added another formidable dimension to the Thailand attack during the AFF Cup.

Right Winger - Wan Zack Haikal Wan Noor

Malaysia NT

The nippy winger stepped up against Laos and Indonesia in AFFSC group play, delivering piercing runs down the flanks that overwhelmed the opposing defenses. A constant menace on the wing, Wan Zack was the difference-maker for Malaysia and delivered 2 assists and one goal in three matches; enough for the group stage hosts to advance to the semi-finals where they'll face Thailand.

Central Midfielder - Ahmed Mubarak

Ittifaq/Oman

Was the most important part of the Omani national team, scoring in their last two World Cup qualifiers despite being a defensive midfielder. Mubarak was Oman's strongest player in their close loss to Japan, and helped his club, Saudi Arabia's Al Ittifaq, win three out of five league fixtures.

Central Midfielder - Hajime Hosogai

Leverkusen/Japan

Hosogai has been a rock at Leverkusen, breaking his way into the starting line-up in November and earning wild praise from both fans and German media, who describe him as a "killer hornet." Leverkusen lost just one match in which Hosogai appeared, winning the other seven across the Bundesliga, DfB Pokal, and Europa League.
;
The 26-year-old also provided some last-minute defending to ensure Japan's 2-1 win at Oman in World Cup qualifying.

Left Winger - Shahril Ishak

Lions XII/Singapore

The Singapore skipper has had a sensational 2012 by his standards. Off the back of a 15-goal haul in 27 games for the LionsXII in their debut season in Malaysian competitions, he has continued his red-hot form in the ongoing AFF Suzuki Cup. Bagging two goals against arch-rivals Malaysia in a dream 3-0 opening victory before hitting another brace in a 4-3 comeback win against Laos, he has become an inspiration to the Lions. That Laos match was also his 100th game for Singapore, making him the country's youngest-ever centurion.

Striker - Richard Porta

Dubai Club/Australia

November was another goal-laden month for Richard Porta. The Australia-born, Uruguay-raised front man is completing the paperwork process in order to be available for the Socceroos, and it is easy to see why Holger Osieck wants him.

Porta scored three goals in six games - two of which assured valuable points for Dubai. ; His club would be in trouble without him; only one other of the squad's strikers has scored a league goal this season, while Porta's eight account for more than half of Dubai's total goals.

Striker - Lee Dong-Gook

Jeonbuk Motors/South Korea

The 33-year-old striker scored on a hearty volley in South Korea's 1-2 loss to Australia, showing that he's still more than capable of starring in the national team picture. Dong-Gook also notched a remarkable three braces in November's K-League action, bringing his total for the year to 26 goals from 39 appearances.

Jeonbuk's second-place finish will see them return to the Champions League, where they will be looking to avenge their runners-up finish in 2011.

Striker - Sebastian Soria

Lehkwia/Qatar

Soria is imposing himself as a force to be reckoned with in West Asia as he continues to produce for both his club, Lekhwiya, and his adopted country of Qatar.

The Uruguayan-born striker scored Qatar's winning goal against Lebanon from a distance of 33 meters, and his leadership has brought Lekhwiya to third place in the Qatari league table. With six goals from nine appearances so far this season, the 29-year-old appears to be just getting started.

Manager – Hajime Moriyasu

Sanfrecce Hiroshima

The first-year manager completed a nearly-flawless season with one week to spare as Sanfrecce Hiroshima clinched their first-ever J-League Division 1 championship with a classy 4-1 win against Cerezo Osaka.

Moriyasu, himself a former Sanfrecce player and Japan international, was named the J-League's Manager of the Year at Monday's post-season awards ceremony, and will now look to his next challenge as the Purple Archers begin their Club World Cup campaign
