Hunt on for three men in speedboat off Sabah waters – Bernama
Security forces of the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) are on the hunt for three men in a speedboat who fled after running into a Marine Police vessel in the waters between Tanjung Sirongol and Pulau Maiga, Semporna, early today.
Esscom commander Datuk Abdul Rashid Harun said the marine police were looking for the men around Pulau Gaya and were extending the search to Pulau Bohey Dulang. He did not elaborate.
It is learned that the suspects ran into the marine police boat at 5.45 am and sped off in the direction of Pulau Gaya even as the security forces open fire on them. – Bernama, August 22, 2014.
