KUALA LUMPUR, 29 Mac (Bernama) -- Sebarang usaha pakatan pembangkang untuk

menimbulkan kekecohan semasa Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-13 (PRU-13) nanti tidak

berbaloi dan tidak menguntungkan rakyat, demikian pendapat beberapa ahli

akademik hari ini.

Pensyarah Kolej Undang-Undang Kerajaan dan Pengajian Antarabangsa,

Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) Mohamad Faisol Keling berkata pembangkang tidak

harus menggunakan taktik seumpama itu semata-mata untuk meraih kuasa.

"Cetusan idea Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) di bawah pakatan pembangkang yang

dikatakan ingin menghuru-harakan perjalanan PRU-13 boleh menjurus kepada budaya

politik tidak sihat, sekali gus menggugat kestabilan negara," katanya kepada

Bernama.

Beliau memberikan contoh ketidakstabilan yang berlaku di beberapa negara di

Timur Tengah akibat kekecohan berpanjangan.

Beliau mengulas tentang apa yang dipaparkan sebagai ''Manual PKR Pada Hari

Mengundi'' yang dimuatkan dalam laman blog www.anwaraidc.com yang boleh dilihat

sebagai strategi untuk mewujudkan suasana huru-hara pada pilihan raya umum

nanti.

PRU-KECOH 2 KUALA LUMPUR

Di peringkat pertama, manual itu merujuk kepada usaha mewujudkan kekecohan

di pusat mengundi.

Ini akan dilaksanakan melalui kaedah berikut:

* membuat pengundi berasa kurang senang dan kecewa dengan kelemahan

pengurusan pusat mengundi

* pengundi bertindak melakukan kekecohan

* mewujudkan perasaan benci pengundi kepada Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR)

* protes oleh ejen pembangkang di tempat mengundi

* mewujudkan keadaan pengundi beratur panjang sehingga keadaan tidak dapat

dikawal

* memberi tekanan berterusan kepada kakitangan di pusat mengundi.

Bagi ''manual'' peringkat kedua, PKR dijangka menggunakan media sosial

seperti Twitter untuk membangkitkan kemarahan pengundi dengan penggunaan hashtag

tertentu termasuk #SPRJahat, #SPRTipu, #BersihPru13, #NajibTipuPru,

#BangkitRakyat.

Selain itu, PKR dikatakan merancang mewujudkan ''nukleus kekecohan'' di

beberapa kawasan Parlimen tumpuan termasuk Gombak, Lembah Pantai, Permatang

Pauh, Setiawangsa, Wangsa Maju dan Bagan Serai.

Mengulas lanjut, Faisol berkata PRU-13 adalah satu proses demokrasi yang

sepatutnya dihormati pembangkang, bukannya merancang untuk mencetuskan huru-hara

kerana ini bertentangan dengan norma budaya politik Malaysia selama ini.

PRU-KECOH 3 KUALA LUMPUR

Pensyarah Kanan Jabatan Asas Pendidikan dan Kemanusiaan, Universiti Malaya

(UM) Dr Ghazali Darusalam pula berkata tindakan pembangkang yang dilihat

berterusan tampil dengan pelbagai idea untuk merosakkan negara menunjukkan

mereka tidak bersyukur terhadap nikmat kemerdekaan dan kestabilan yang dikecapi

selama ini.

"Mereka (pembangkang) mungkin tidak mengambil pengajaran daripada apa yang

berlaku di beberapa negara di Timur Tengah, semuanya hancur kerana kekecohan,"

katanya.

Lebih menyedihkan nasib generasi akan datang yang tidak menentu akibat

situasi kucar kacir di negara-negara berkenaan, katanya sambil menambah kata

impak negatifnya akan turut dirasai di sektor ekonomi.

Ghazali berkata pihak yang menerajui kerajaan melalui taktik kotor hanya

akan mewarisi sebuah negara yang porak peranda keamanan dan ekonominya.

"Pelabur sedia ada akan lari dan pelabur baharu yang melihat keadaan yang

berlaku susulan tindakan pembangkang tidak mungkin datang melabur," katanya.

PRU-KECOH 4 (AKHIR) KUALA LUMPUR

Sementara itu, pakar sejarah Profesor Emeritus Tan Sri Dr Khoo Kay Kim

berkata seandainya rancangan pembangkang mewujudkan kekecohan berlaku, kesannnya

akan terpalit dalam sejarah negara sampai bila-bila.

"Malaysia sentiasa dilihat dunia luar sebagai negara luar biasa,

cintakan keamanan serta digemari pelancong dan kita perlu mengekalkan status

itu, bukan merosakkannya," katanya.

Menurutnya, apa yang dibimbangi ialah golongan muda yang menjadi pengguna

utama laman sosial mudah mempercayai hasutan dan fitnah yang dibawa oleh pihak

tidak bertanggungjawab.

Dalam pada itu, Yang Dipertua Pertubuhan Silat Seni Gayong Malaysia, Datuk

Adiwijaya Abdullah meminta pihak berkuasa menyiasat dan mengambil tindakan ke

atas mana-mana pihak yang cuba mewujudkan provokasi pada PRU-13 nanti.

"Jangan kerana terlalu taksub mahu memerintah negara, pembangkang sanggup

menjadikan provokasi sebagai taktik meraih undi rakyat. Kacau bilau, huru-hara

hanya akan menakutkan pengundi untuk keluar mengundi.

"Kalau nak menang, kenapa perlu buat sedemikian kerana ia akhirnya

menunjukkan kelemahan sendiri," katanya.
