It’s no longer a flaming Lamborghini
McLaren 12C catches fire when cruising on the streets of North London.
If Lamborghini’s are well known about their relationship with fire, you got it wrong. As reported by sources, here are the first hand images of a shiny, McLaren MP4-12C that caught fire while roaming the streets of North London.
According to officials from a car hire company, the driver has picked up the Volcano Red McLaren 12C from the UK’s Seasons Car Hire. Pretty much excited after all, the driver was about to attract attention by cruising around the capital in this newly rented McLaren.
But shortly after that, the 12C’s rear compartment catches fire without any warning, injuring the driver slightly but he was lucky enough to escape the inferno. The 12C on the other hand suffered an even worse fate.
There are no updated reports on how the car burst into flames, but McLaren is conducting a full investigation to identify the cause. Isn’t that just bad luck on a day that you’re really looking forward to shine like a star?
