Perkasa youth chief warned over his statement that Najib should resign

Untuk capai integrasi nasional, Ibrahim Ali mahu ‘dating’ dengan Ambiga

Malay rights group Perkasa has given its youth chief Irwan Fahmi a stern warning following the latter’s controversial statement calling for the resignation of Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali (pic) said Irwan’s statement was made in Irwan's personal capacity and not the stand taken by the leaders of the group.

“Perkasa has given Irwan a stern warning," Ibrahim said in a press conference at Kelab Sultan Sulaiman today.

Ibrahim said the warning was not only for Irwan but all Perkasa members.

He said all Perkasa members should refer to the party’s supreme council before issuing media statements.
