Kawasan terjejas akibat ribut di Pandamaran akan dibaiki, kata MB Selangor

Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) today said it has never received any report on the misconduct of Selangor Menteri Besar, Mohamed Azmin Ali.

PKNS Public Relations Manager, Ishak Hashim, in a statement said the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) also had the right to conduct investigations and PKNS was prepared to cooperate on the matter.

He was refering to media reports on Azmin's alleged misconduct when he was still a PKNS officer.

PKNS was an organisation which practised best corporate governance besides being the first state economic development corporation that signed the Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP) such as implemented by government agencies and companies, he said.

Recently, several local media reported that MACC had investigated Azmin in connection with alleged misappropriation of funds while still holding the post.

The allegation was said to have occurred during a transaction involving the PJ Sentral development project. – Bernama, October 22, 2014.
