PKR dan sekutu dekatnya Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) kemungkinan besar bakal bertembung tiga penjuru dengan BN di dua kerusi DUN Semenyih dan Kota Damansara di Selangor.

Masalah ini berpunca daripada pendirian tegas PKR yang ingin PSM menggunakan lambang PKR pada pilihan raya umum 5 Mei ini seperti pada pilihan raya umum lalu.

Jika pertikaian ini gagal diselesaikan dalam tempoh 48 jam, tidak mustahil PSM - yang mendapat kelulusan Pendaftar Pertubuhan (ROS) pada 2008 - akan meletakkan calon mereka di kerusi tersebut.

Setiausaha Agung PSM S Arutchelvan dijangka bertanding semula di Semenyih, sementara Mohd Nasir Hashim mempertahankan Kota Damansara.

Sumber PKR memberitahu Malaysiakini, parti itu dijangka mengumumkan senarai lengkap calon anggota-anggota Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) pada Ahad ini -- seorang pegawai bank Hamidi A Hassan di Semenyih dan peguam Mohd Razlan Jalaluddin di Kota Damansara.

Di pihak BN, kedua-dua kerusi ini dijangka ditandingi oleh calon-calon Umno.

Bagaimanapun PSM masih berusaha untuk mengadakan pertemuan dengan Ketua Umum PKR Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim bagi menyelesaikan pertikaian di dua kerusi itu, kata Arutchelvan kepada Malaysiakini.

"Kita masih memberi tempoh masa sebelum Ahad untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini supaya tidak ada pertembungan tiga penjuru. Kita juga mahu situasi menang-menang," katanya.

"Kita juga tidak mahu ahli kita tidak dihormati langsung. Masyarakat sivil menyokong kita kerana PSM berprinsip dan patut bersama dengan Pakatan Rakyat."

Jika masalah ini berlarutan sehingga hari penamaan calon, ia dijangka menyaksikan pertembungan tiga penjuru di kerusi parlimen Sungai Siput yang kini disandang ahli jawatankuasa pusat PSM, Dr D Jeyakumar.

Sedang atur temujanji

Seperti Nasir, Jeyakumar menewaskan tokoh utama MIC S Samy Vellu pada pilihan raya 2008 atas tiket PKR sewaktu PSM didaftarkan secara rasmi.

Februari lalu, Anwar bertegas mahukan PSM menggunakan simbol mata dan enggan bertolak ansur dengan simbol genggaman tangan kiri PSM.

Semalam Setiausaha agung PKR Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail sekali berkata calon PSM bebas menggunakan lambang parti Pakatan Rakyat pada pilihan raya umum nanti memandangkan parti itu belum menganggotai gabungan tersebut.

Ketika dihubungi pagi ini, Arutchelvan berkata PKR sedang mengatur temujanji PSM dengan Anwar sebelum PKR negeri mengumumkan calonnya di Hulu Kelang.

"Kedua-dua parti perlu ada kompromi... Kita tidak minta kerusi tambahan. Kita berharap tidak ada (pertembungan) tiga penjuru. Mungkin dalan satu keadaan lain, tiada jalan lain dan ahli minta kita bertanding, kita akan bertanding.

"Kalau kita menang DUN, kita akan bersama dengan Pakatan... Kami juga mahu Anwar menjadi perdana menteri," katanya, sambil menegaskan manifesto PSM hanya menyatakan mahu mengalahkan BN.

Ditanya sama ada pertikaian ini akan menjadi modal kempen BN, Arutchelvan berkata bagi mengelakkan ia berlaku, PSM mahu menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan kadar segera.

"Kami tidak mahu dibuli. Bagi kita, contohnya pengerusi Dr Nasir, pilihan raya ini adalah kali terakhir beliau bertanding, jadi beliau nak bertanding dengan bendera parti sendiri," katanya.

Arutchelvan menambah, Jeyakumar berkemungkinan besar mempertahankan Sungai Siput dengan simbol PSM. Bagaimanapun sumber PKR memaklumkan, parti itu boleh menerima keputusan Jeyakumar, namun ada bantahan di kalangan pemimpin Pakatan Rakyat.

Selain di tiga kerusi bermasalah tersebut, PSM juga kini bergeser dengan DAP apabila ia melahirkan hasrat untuk mengambil Jelapang, yang sebelumnya ditandingi oleh calon DAP, Hee Yit Foong. Bekas timbalan speaker DUN Perak meninggalkan DAP.

Arutchelvan berkata pihaknya juga sedang berbincang dengan DAP untuk menyelesaikan perebutan Jelapang.
