KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Ogos (Bernama) -- Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) menyiarkan

logo 49 kumpulan kongsi gelap yang diwarta haram.

Penolong Pengarah Kongsi Gelap/Judi/ Maksiat (D7) Bukit Aman Datuk Abdul

Jalil Hassan berkata logo berkenaan dipapar dalam laman sosial Facebook PDRM

agar orang ramai memahami maksud sesebuah logo itu sekali gus menghindari

mereka daripada terlibat dengan sebarang kumpulan kongsi gelap.

"Pada peringkat awal ini, kita melalui program kepolisan dan pemeriksaan,

akan menasihati orang ramai, yang memiliki atau menampal sebarang logo seperti

di kereta dan rumah, supaya menanggalkannya dengan apa cara sekalipun.

"Ini juga bagi menghindarkan mereka ditahan pihak polis. Mungkin mereka

tidak tahu apa maksud logo berkenaan dan tidak terlibatpun dalam mana-mana

kongsi gelap. Namun jika mereka masih berdegil atau dikenal pasti memang

terlibat dalam kegiatan itu, tindakan tegas akan diambil," katanya pada sidang

akhbar hari ini.

Sidang akhbar itu turut memapar kesemua 49 logo kumpulan kongsi gelap

berkenaan dan tatu logo yang dilukis pada badan melalui skrin selain penerangan

berkaitan bangsa sesebuah kumpulan.

POLIS-LOGO 2 KUALA LUMPUR

Antara kumpulan kongsi gelap itu ialah Geng 04 yang aktif di Kedah, Pulau

Pinang, Johor dan Kuala Lumpur; Geng 08 aktif di Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pulau

Pinang, Perak, Johor, Negeri Sembilan dan Melaka serta Double 7 yang bergerak

aktif di seluruh Semenanjung.

Abdul Jalil berkata polis juga akan memantau penggunaan logo terbabit pada

kenderaan yang diguna ketika perarakan atau upacara pengebumian.

"Kita akan ''turun padang''. Kalau kita lihat ada logo itu diletak pada

kenderaan yang membawa mayat, kita akan minta mereka tanggalkannya," katanya

sambil meminta ibu bapa memantau pergerakan anak mereka agar tidak terjebak atau

menyertai mana-mana kumpulan kongsi gelap.

"Melalui risikan dan siasatan kita, setakat ini belum ada laporan pelajar

sekolah di seluruh negara mengetuai mana-mana kumpulan kongsi gelap. Namun ada

maklumat mengatakan kumpulan ini cuba mempengaruhi pelajar terutama di sekolah

yang bermasalah.

"Mereka (kumpulan) akan berada di luar kawasan sekolah untuk memujuk

pelajar agar menyertai mereka. Ada juga maklumat yang mengatakan kumpulan ini

cuba merekrut pelajar di dalam kawasan sekolah, namun hasil tindakan pantas

Persatuan Ibu Bapa dan Guru (PIBG) serta polis yang ditempatkan di dalam

sekolah, perkara ini dapat dihindarkan," katanya.

POLIS-LOGO 3 (AKHIR) KUALA LUMPUR

Mengulas penglibatan golongan atasan seperti ahli politik dan selebriti

dalam kegiatan itu, Abdul Jalil berkata setakat ini, polis tidak mendapat

maklumat mereka terlibat, namun siasatan lanjut akan dijalankan.

Beliau berkata mereka yang terbabit dalam kumpulan kongsi gelap boleh

dihukum mengikut Seksyen 52 (3) Akta Pendaftaran Pertubuhan 1956 yang membawa

hukuman maksimum penjara lima tahun, atau denda RM15,000, jika sabit kesalahan.

Katanya, seramai 28,926 orang dari kaum India dikesan menganggotai kongsi

gelap, Cina (8,214) dan Melayu (1,923) manakala tiada penglibatan warga asing

dalam kumpulan itu di negara ini.

"Ada antara mereka pernah ditahan di bawah undang-undang Akta Darurat,"

katanya sambil menafikan tumpuan lebih diberikan kepada kaum India kerana mereka

paling ramai dikesan terlibat dalam aktiviti itu.

Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Dalam Negeri Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Mohamad

Radzi, yang mengumumkan nama kongsi gelap terbabit semalam, berkata kumpulan itu

dikategori haram mengikut Seksyen 5 (1) Akta Pertubuhan 1966 pada 28 Ogos 2013

melalui perwartaan P.U. (A) 272/2013.

Beliau berkata kumpulan itu dikesan menjalankan kegiatan yang memudaratkan

ketenteraman awam seperti sindiket pengedaran dadah, memeras ugut, menimbulkan

pergaduhan antara pertubuhan kongsi gelap dan huru-hara.
