Psy doesn’t want fans “getting confused” with an English version of Gangnam Style.

The Korean pop sensation shot to international fame when his Gangnam Style music video went viral recently.

The vibrant YouTube video featuring flashy dance moves has now reached over 212 million views.

Psy isn’t planning on re-recording Gangnam Style in another language, as he feels the heart of the song is understood.

“The thing is, already like 160 something million people saw the video all over the world, so in that way if I change it now and then like 160 people getting confused," Psy told MTV News.

"So for this song I think verbal is not that important, nonverbal, I think just the dance moves and how it sounds and how it looks I think that was the point of the story.

"And after I can be somebody in the U.S. and then of course I have to release now the single and that will be in English. I got all the equipment media stuff in Korea so I have to go back and I got to write another song and then I have to bring it to here."
