Athletic Bilbao defender Mikel San Jose has hit out at Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo in the wake of the Basque side's 3-0 La Liga loss against the Blancos on Sunday.
The Portugal international netted twice to help Madrid to a comfortable away win, yet San Jose was not impressed with the prolific attacker's behaviour during the game.
"If he solely dedicated himself to playing football, he would not only be the best player, but he would also get some respect," the defender told Marca.
"That's how I think about it and how the majority of the people in the game feel."
Ronaldo's double against Athletic took his tally for the 2012-13 campaign to 50 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions.
