Deadly Strike in Ukraine's Kharkiv Oblast Captured on CCTV

At least four people were killed, including a 15-year-old, after Russian shelling hit the city of Pervomaisky in Ukraine’s Kharkiv Oblast on September 26, Suspilne Media reported citing the city’s Mayor Mykola Baksheev.

Both the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, and Ukraine’s State Emergency Service confirmed a 15-year-old was killed in the strike.

Footage released by Pervomaiskyi City Council shows CCTV footage of the strike in the city.

Baksheev told Suspilne that he believed at least one further person was under the rubble of a building following the strike.
