Missing Sheep Rescued From Snowy Spanish Peak

Mountain rescue specialists with Spain’s Guardia Civil successfully located a flock of sheep that had been missing for days at high altitude in heavy snow.

The 15 sheep were lost at around 2,400 meters up at the Pico del Turmo summit in Aragon, local media reported.

The rescuers tracked the sheep to a small cliff and brought them to safety on Friday, December 3, local media said.
