Tornado Causes Widespread Damage in Gaylord, Michigan

A tornado touched down in Gaylord in Otsego County, Michigan, on Friday, May 20, causing damage to “multiple homes and businesses,” according to Michigan State Police (MSP).

This footage, captured by Linda Buck, shows the rotating tornado from her office on South Wisconsin Avenue, just east of Interstate 75 in Gaylord.

“Oh shoot! Wow!” Buck exclaimed in the video, in surprise over what she was witnessing.

Speaking to Storyful, Buck said: “I have never seen anything like this in our little town!”
