Yamaha R6 stands alongside Die Hard stars
Bruce Willis may be getting on a bit and the Die Hard franchise could be losing some of its steam but Hollywood still knows how to milk a movie.
This time, there was a twist as the Yamaha R6 also took to the red carpet for the premiere of Die Hard 5, A Good Day To Die Hard.
Three of the supersport machines rolled past the cameras with stars including Bruce Willis before the first UK showing of the movie in London’s Leicester Square.
In the film the bike is ridden by alluring Russian villainess Irina, played by actress and all-round stunner Yuliya Snigir, who has also modelled for Russian Maxim magazine.
The R6 has long since been a favourite choice among sports bike lovers and its latest starring role will do it no harm in the eyes of an entirely new generation of fans.
